Cancelation Terms

You can cancel your reservation with no cancelation fee up to 24 hours before the game starts

Please call us in advance to cancel or use a game cancel link in confirmation e-mail you will get soon

In case of less than 24 hours cancellation notice, non-arrival or lateness of more than 20 min. a cancellation fee of 200 NIS for a regular room or 400 NIS for a double room will be charged

We will collect your credit card number and store it securely as a cancelation guarantee

We not use this card for a game payment. You can pay by cash, card or gift voucher locally before the game
