Cancelation Terms

You can cancel your reservation with no cancelation fee up to 24 hours before the game starts

To cancel without waiting for an agent, use the “Cancel Game” button in your confirmation email. You can also call us during opening hours

In case of less than 24 hours cancellation notice, non-arrival or lateness of more than 20 min. a cancellation fee of 200 NIS for a regular room or 400 NIS for a double room will be charged

We will collect your credit card number and store it securely as a cancelation guarantee

We not use this card for a game payment. You can pay by cash, card or gift voucher locally before the game
